Offering Classes 7 Days
Our current timetable offers bootcamp sessions seven days a week, with various morning and evening slots.
One-to-one sessions are available throughout the day, with flexible start times – whether you like to train before work, in the evening, or even at weekend.
Meet the coach
Leroy Holcroft has been working as a personal trainer for the last two years, after leaving a teaching career to pursue his 15 year passion for strength and fitness training.
He has been responsible for planning and delivering countless bootcamp and fitness sessions at gyms in Stockport. Leroy has worked with all manner of clients, from complete beginners, to other Personal Trainers looking to improve their own fitness and those training to be competition-ready in a wide number of activities.
Alongside this, Leroy has worked with children of all ages, delivering sessions in schools, kids bootcamp classes and coaches the childrens’ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes at Factory.
With this vast experience, covering all ages and abilities, Leroy is able to adapt, plan and deliver sessions to meet a wide range of needs. He is here to help clients set achievable goals, support them throughout the steps required, and celebrate their success with them, ready for their next training challenge.
With close to a decade of additional training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Factory BJJ, Leroy has competed both internationally and in domestic competitions and is continually working to refine his own training, to blend strength, fitness and athleticism.
Am I too old or unfit to start training?
Definitely not! We have people training at a range of ages and fitness levels. Remember the reason 99% of people join us is because they are unfit / want to lose weight etc.
I've got an injured 'x', can we work round it?
It depends on the severity of the injury and we advise you speak to a medical professional first, but in a lot of cases you can work around it. Speak to Leroy and he will advise on the best approach to your training.
What do I need to wear/bring?
Most people train in short and t-shirt but wear whatever you feel comfortable in. As for footwear bring some clean/indoor trainers.
What is parking like?
We have lots of free parking directly outside of the gym. We even have a bike rack for those who want to cycle in.
What's the best option for public transport?
It depends where you’re coming from but we are within short walking distance to the 329 and 203 bus routes.
If you don’t mind walking a little further the popular 192 bus route and Heaton Chapel Train Station are also an option.

We have two options for payment £7 per class or £40 for unlimited training. We have 36 classes a month, please see the Timetable Tab for more info.
