What is a
Our bootcamps are small-group training classes, with a structured workout plan for each session, helping you to get fitter, stronger and lose weight.
This may incorporate mixed elements of bodyweight training, weights and resistance work, conditioning and general physical preparedness.
The sessions are wildly varied in content (no two are the same) and often incorporate equipment such as sandbags, sleds, plyometric apparatus (plyo-boxes/ hurdles) and kettlebells, amongst other things.
The sessions are around 45 minutes to an hour in length, incorporating a full warm-up, rounds of exercise, with appropriate rest periods and stretching to finish. No gimmicks, just hard work and plenty of sweating.
