Personal Training?

Personal training is a one-to-one private session, aimed at helping you to achieve greater fitness, strength and health awareness.

Customised training plans are created specifically to help you reach your health and training goals, with advice and support throughout the process, providing motivation and a greater likelihood of sticking to a training program.

Progress is measured according to your particular goals, and training plans are continually evaluated and re-assessed to ensure you are getting the most from your training time.
